Cure faster, harder, cheaper, and better than ever before with powerblanket™

Overview The powerblanket™ is an electrically heated concrete curing blanket. Cure concrete harder, faster, and cheaper than ever before with a powerblanket™.

The powerblanket™ would make the perfect addition to any precast operation – even throughout the summer! So easy to use and operate the powerblanket™ outperforms even propane heating systems, read about our test results. Our Super Duty blanket will maintain the curing concrete temperature at 140 to 150 degrees Fahrenheit. The standard curing blanket will maintain 80 to 100 degrees.

The heating element in the powerblanket™ is almost impossible to damage and will not burn out. The powerblanket™ is also 100% waterproof, because it is constructed with heat welded edges. The bottom of the blanket is a 14.8 oz. vinyl that is very hard to rip or tear. If you were to experience a rip or tear, you could easily patch the powerblanket™ with our repair kit & and you’re on your way. The powerblanket™ was built to last, in fact, we may have built it to be too durable!

Our blankets require no additional heat source. Simply place the blanket on top of your concrete or around your form and experience the difference. A difference that will save you time and money, which you’ll see effects your bottom line. This incredible feat is achieved by allowing your company to eliminate additives and reduce the bag mix (7.5 to 6.5 bag for example). Your process will then be able to reach a psi strength like never before in a much shorter period. Esentially, ship sooner and harder with powerblanket™.

A powerblanket™ can be used year–round, even when it’s 100°F! The blanket will help retain moisture and will keep the concrete from cracking. Spring temperatures are still not warm enough to allow fast curing times. With powerblanket™ you can speed your curing times and use the blanket all year long.
