5 Gallon Barrell Heater
Description:
The 5 gallon bucket blanket heaters come ready to use. Unroll wrap around bucket and plug into any outlet up to 20 can be plugged together using a outlet supplied with a 20 amp breaker. Each bucket blanket draws .98amps. They have a 6’ male end cord and a 6’ female end cord. Use them to heat anything and everything that comes in a 5 gallon bucket. They can also be used to wrap around propane tanks.
Standard 55 Gallon Barrel Warmer
Description:
The Powerblanket barrel-blankets are sized for a 55 gallon drum and are available with a built in thermostat of 90°, 110°, 130°, or 160° (please note: temps may vary +/- 10°). They come with adjustable bungy straps to ensure proper fit of larger and smaller 55 gallon barrels. The drum heaters come ready to use. Unroll, wrap around your barrel, and plug into any outlet. These barrel- blanket heaters weigh only 5lbs and wrap around the entire barrel. This produces a fast, even, consistant heat. The built in thermostat will ensure never over heating or under heating your material. Each barrel-blanket heater has a 6ft. male end cord and a 6ft. female end cord. Four of these blankets can be plugged together on one 20 amp outlet. The Barrel Blanket draws 5 amps each. Lower amperage draw PowerBlanket drum heater can be custom made to be plugged into 12volts (cigarette lighter). This allows for Barrel Heaters to be used during transportation or materials. Our larger sized SuperDuty PowerBlanket are used on top of large numbers of drums for freeze protection. Mason Barrel Warmer
Description:
The 55gallon Barrel Warmer is designed specifically for masons and machine shop water evaporators. They come ready to use and heats water to 140°F extremely fast with maximum temperatures between 180°F and 200°F. Unroll and plug into any outlet. They draw 6.2 amps each, therefore 3 of thses can be plugged together when plugged into an outlet supplied with a 20amp breaker. The Mason PowerBlanket Barrel Warmer can be left plugged in all year round causing no damage to the Barrel Blanket or your cord. Use the 2x2 Powerblanket on top of barrel to bring water to temperature faster. When using the barrel blankets to evaporate water covering the top of the drum is not recommended.
